Men have a reputation for putting their health on the back burner 🤒. So, this week is all about supporting men to prioritise regular GP check-ups, to have open conversations, and to make healthy lifestyle tweaks.

Today is World Environment Day 🌏. This year, the focus is on tackling plastic pollution. 

The UN describes plastic pollution as ‘one of the gravest environmental threats facing the Earth’ but also says it can be solved.

Here in Australia, many industries are working hard to reduce their plastic footprint. 

DYK that more and more Australian nut producers are using alternative packaging that is sustainable? That means packaging made from recycled materials, and packaging that is recyclable. 

👉 And as individuals, one simple step we can all do to cut down the packaging we bring into our homes is to buy foods (like nuts) in bulk. 

Bought in bulk, nuts can be stored in the fridge for up the 4 months (or even longer in the freezer). Just portion 30g handfuls into reusable (and ideally, recyclable) containers each day, for snacking 🙌.
